Below is a quick reference into the new portal for the new management company.

• 1) It will ask for your email and password. Fill in that information
• 2) It will take you to a page asking for information
1. a) The Account is KBCA (since they don't have that yet) It will ask for a password.. create one
2. c) When it asks for ” Registration Key, “ hit, “ I do not have one.”
3. d) The next page will ask for email, name, phone, property address, and again KBCA
4. e) Hit "Create"

You will get an email message of confirmation.

AFTER YOU GET CONFIRMATION FROM PREMIER MANAGEMENT, YOU CAN THEN RE-ENTER THE PORTAL, EXPLORE YOUR ACCOUNT AND SET UP PAYMENTS.

Once you have logged into your account, you can go under the OWNER (on left side) then drop to "MY LOGIN" it is here you change your password to a personal password. Be brave look around and get familiar with this portal.
